Hello! I'm Caitlin, an illustrator living in a little Cornish corner of England after graduating with a first-class Illustration degree from Falmouth University.

I make illustrations with a penchant for the surreal, whimsical, and macabre. I draw upon fairy tales, folklore, fantasy, and monsters to create highly detailed pieces with an old storybook feel.

My sketchbook forms an important part of my creative process as good draughtsmanship is important in my work. I value traditional methods, typically combining dry media and digital colour. I love the tactile feeling and visible texture of pencil.

Picture books are my area of interest, but I enjoy working on anything requiring fantastical, detailed illustrations such as tabletop games, packaging, and greeting cards. If you have a project you think I'd be suitable for, please do get in contact.
